Congratulations to David Hartup who completed his Mental Health First Aid training at RSK Coventry earlier this month.
The two-day training course was initiated by RSK’s Wellbeing & Equality, Diversity & Inclusion team.
David will be presenting at Twig’s next management meeting from which he will then run a series of Tool Box Talks and surgeries for the Twig team. He said “Despite it being a very intensive two days, it was the best training course of my entire career – the instructor was excellent and kept us motivated throughout!”
Mental Health is a key priority for RSK, and investment in trained ambassadors across the Group demonstrates their commitment to employees’ health and wellbeing. Mental Health First Aiders sit across the RSK network and can actively listen to anyone wanting to talk about their mental health or wellbeing concerns. They can also signpost individuals to support within RSK and recommend external agencies that will be able to assist them.
